Just started a new morning workout routine. It was supposed to just be running but it turned into 30 minutes of running followed by 75 situps (no laughing, I'm big), followed by 10 minutes of swimming laps.

I feel funny. But I think it's a good funny. I felt like I was going to black out while running though for the first few minutes. Guess I need to do a longer warmup.
