honestly how can u say the meet has changed when u have been out to it once or twice since winter time?
I will def avoid a lot of philly meets, even if it wasnt for the shady people, the cops and modded cars in philly is out of control, the cops are too crazy about "street racers" and ****. The only thing i will go to philly for is to find street races, which hardly happen now. or maybe i dont know where to look
