okay, so i guess i was wrong. i tried to come up with some suppliers that i knew of and realized the only place somewhat near philly (not really at all) is
Finishmaster in Norristown. just a quick google search got me these:
Topp Automotive Inc.
P & B Auto Paint Supply Inc.
i've never used the other two but they should have it. i know for a fact that finishmaster has it, i use them for everything. finishmaster = good people. it's kind of a far drive for you though.
