maybe i am over training. i based it on what feels comfortable. I dont use heavy weights. I just try to do reps. For upper body, its all between only 55lbs and 7lbs depending on what it is. So, less time at the gym and more broken up excersize would be better?

i just ate eggs. felt like i was force feeding myself. it was 2 eggs on bread. egg sammich.
