I'd be better off buying an SHO. The amount of work to swap in a Duratec V6 alone is ridiculous.

The SHO is completely different. Crap, I think the subframe might even be different. I know the steering rack is completely different (ZF supplied for the SHO) as well as all the electronics & PATS system. All accessories and power steering/tranny cooler/everything lines are different as well.
