I don't want to hate but I've had two of these. Save your mod money because you'll probably need it for maintenece/repairs. I had a 96 (my youngest brother has it now and it's currently not running) that blew a trans and a 03 which my sister now has and its progressively ticking more and more. Also, my neighbor's 03 blew an engine.
I would suggest to just do the stereo and wheels/tires since you can easily reuse/part them out in the event the car dies.
