In jersey you can get a permit easily to transport. I think its different in PA. Although I was pulled over once and the state trooper saw the bottle. Ok no problem. Do you know where I can get a permit at. I mean its not really nitrous for the acutal motor, its just the nx n-tercooler kit for the i/c, it just sprays -50 air on the intercooler.
