So... i'm thinking of picking up a gas smoker from home depot. Does anyone have experience with smoking meat?
I can have a grill... and since a smoker isn't a "grill" i'm going to push the limits of the rule.
I'm on the top floor, so i'm not concerned here. But i was wondering how much smoke a smoker actually puts out.
I love the idea of being able to smoke a huge chunk of pork or beef and eating it all week.

i was thinking of making some kinda airlock type deal to cut down on the smoke coming from the top
