Also, dragging of the pads normal. When they are new this happens even more. Once they wear a little the noise will stop (as it did in your case) and everything is fine.

Also did you use high temp grease on the caliper pins?
I did not use grease, I'll have to rip it apart on Monday and do it. The clunking noise now happens when I am rolling backwards, when I touch the brake it's gone.
