I'll try to answer the ones I can or ones I see. If I miss any just post the ones I missed and I will help.
1. The 06 r180 is NOT 3.54, it's 3.90 like all other previous year sti's. The only rear you can use with your 07 sti 6mt is your stock rear OR get an 07 sti rear. You also would either need the full rear-end including hubs, sways, rear, brembos, etc. However! and a HUGE however....You would then need to source 04 sti hubs to keep your 5x100, otherwise you need new suspension and new wheels. Eeeeeek! The other route would be the axles Jodie was talking about and they're $1,200 alone. Also if you go that route with your stock rear, the sti driveshaft WILL work, just would need the holes notched out in the rear yoke, or you could get a sti rear yoke to make it cleaner.
2. You could run the act 6-puck, just make sure it's sprung. You're at 340whp now so im sure you will even upgrade in the future now that you have an almost bulletproof trans. Buy once, not twice. Make sure it's sprung, though! If you opted out, get the act HD 2100 with street disc. That's a bad bitch and feels like a mustang clutch. Super stiff and I loved driving on it every second.
3. Definately get the spiider dccd, ****ing ridiculous. He now has the oem style one, utalizing the oem dccd roller knob and it's fully automatic and manual if need be, just like oem sti's. The one I had was one of the first batches he made and it was straight manual. Still loved it, although they're much more advanced now.
I think that's all I see, post up if you have any other questions. Don't buy just yet, you have some things to go over first.
