When I was selling my 240 someone drove 2 hours to pick it up, same when I had my Buell for sale. Without a picture they wouldn't be willing to make that trip. It is certainly beneficial to the sellar to have pictures. I see an ad and it isn't something I am intrested in I will pass it along to someone who might be, but if there is nothing to see there is no reason for me to pass it along. Whether it should be required is a matter of opinion but the usefullness of pictures is not.
