From a post-military career (you know you can retire after 20 years and you'll be what? 38y/o?) stand point, the 35F, 37F and 18E have the highest potential. While 18B sounds interesting, what private sector skills will you get? That is unless you want to do a short stint in the military and parlay that experience and a college degree into a career with justice department (FBI/CIA/HS), then most of the specialties listed will be good.

That said, most of those jobs look like desk positions, so if you are inclined to be an office rat then you are golden...but if you want excitement, then the 18B and 18E probably would get you some.

Also consider the combat life expectancy of each position (if your recruiter can provide you with that). My bro was going to be a Blackhawk flight engineer, then he realized how often those things go down. He opted to become an in flight refueler, that also qualifies him to be a load master (think FedEx/UPS as post-mil career). I don't think any of the positions you listed would put you directly in harms way, but your recruiter should be able to tell that info.
