Update on Top Flight judging change:

NCCA is no longer the rules/judges they will use for the Top Flight "Elite 50".
The Top Flight portion of P&S will now be part of the F4 Challenge http://www.f4challenge.com .
F4 Challenge is the brainchild of Andy Goodman, founder of the NCCA (National Custom Car Association) according to their website. I guess he wasn't happy there as the director of the NCCA for the past seven years and for 2009 decided to part ways with that organization in efforts to create the ultimate car show chase.
