Tasks
Supervise daily work activities of warehouse team members at two locations (North Ave. and Cortland St.); ensuring work is completed correctly and in a timely, safe and efficient manner in direct support of our internal customers.
• Provide guidance and direction in all areas of the material management, including but not limited to the following: receiving, storing, recording, provisioning, issuing and distribution of material and CPE equipment to internal customers.
• Maintain integrity and security of inventory through CIFA inventory database, cycle counts, monthly CPE reconciliation, and physical inventories as required by company requirements.
• Monitor material usage to assure material vs. installation yield.
• Assist / Coordinate with all departments in support of special projects.
• Support organizational and departmental goals to meet financial and operational needs.


Requirements
High school diploma or Equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 2 years CATV and warehouse experience.
· Knowledge of the operation of a computerized warehouse management system especially CIFA,a plus,CSG,and Minetek system
Ability to operate a ******* vehicle
· Ability to operate a fork lift, pallet jack and hand truck.
· Ability to work year round in all weather
· Ability to lift 55 plus pounds.
· Ability to operate a PC
· Ability to troubleshoot digital converters and modems.
· Plan, prioritize and organize work with appropriate timeliness and interpret and follow
