I dont see any reason why it would. Its just an intake it has nothing to do with your emissions. I could understand id you disconnected your maf to run that intake and make your car run with a CEL and overall like trash. that could fail you lol
its just an intake and aslong as you dont disconnect any sensors you will be fine.
