Hey Sarge & Bane. I'm watching "Speeders" right now on TruTV and it just reminded me of a question I've had for a while. I'm driving on a 2 lane road. Yellow dashed center line (passing legal). Vehicle traveling under the speed limit in my lane. Oncoming traffic is clear. Let's say I want to pass this vehicle. How fast am I allowed to go to pass the slow moving vehicle?
