All depends on compression and what rotors and seals..I'm guessing series 4 engine with stock seals..I would honestly want it at no higher then 11.3 on pumpgas..Race gas (116*) about 12.5:1..Just keep in mind the E-shaft likes to go wobbly after ~450whp on alot of cars..Just throw some fuel up top to be safe, rotary engine do not react very well to detonation and theres no need to risk it, the power difference is not much in that area..

Still, you are on a lower boost pressure so it shouldn't be a huge deal. I've seen guys running 12.5 at 28psi on piston engines with no issues so eh.
