According to what I've been researching today:
There is currently a lawsuit pending on this.

Obama was born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. His father was a Kenyan citizen. His mother was a US citizen, but was 18 years old at the time of his birth, and according to the law that was in effect at the time, Obama couldn't be a US citizen unless at least one of his parents was a US citizen for no less than 10 years, 5 of which being over the age of 14. This is wherein the gray area lies.

Also, Obama has posted on his campaign website, a copy of a "Certification of Live Birth" which, in Hawaii, is recognized as a different document than a "Certificate of Live Birth". I don't know all the specifics on the differences.

Apparently shortly after his birth, Obama's mother took him to Hawaii, but no Hawaiian hospital has records of his birth.

I'm not sure how much of all this I buy into, but it's definitely an interesting topic, and it honestly wouldn't surprise me if it turned out to be true considering all the work the Republicrats are doing to destroy the United States Constitution.
