your opinion doesn't stand up against fact.
The president can veto the decision, in which case i believe it goes back to the House (or the senate... maybe both) and they can over rule his veto.
Your opinion that one man is responsible for the choice that hundreds made is ridiculously shallow. Bush is not a one making wrecking crew...
