let him go, you zerious? so this dude flattens his girl and slams her on the ground a second time, then he throws a phone in her face. and we shouldn't have restrained him?
why would getting a few shots in have been good? you're talking about letting the kid go, but still throwing punches?
the kid was restrained to keep him from running, and to keep the mob of guys that were willing to start throwing punches, away from him. that kid would not have made it out of there if people started throwing punches.
assault charges can not be filed against him, we talked to the officers about it, and they said noone did anything wrong by detaining him.
