There was also a blacked out Dodge Durango that would follow me in my town, that finally stopped once i talked to one of the cops i knew from back in high school.

shes right kind of.. entrapment is why they couldnt do more besides imbarass the guys on "dateline to catch a preditor" but im sure they will get you for some kind of moving violation.
