Spotted a White Civic si around 10:30am, most recent body style behind me at the 100/113 intersection in Lionville this morning on my way to work. It had yellow fogs, tinted windows and tinted tail lights. I'm not sure but I think I saw an intercooler peeking out on the front. He played around for a moment but I had to get on the TP. He kept going northbound on rt100 towards Eagle.
