that is an big issue... it seems we're more concerned with being fair and protecting everyone... that when a crook gets shot for being in your home, in the dark, you get in trouble...

that being said, i'm not entirely sure I could take someones life unless they were a threat to my own or my families. **** can be replaced...
I also want to get a 12gauge for home protection when I get a home. Hopefully the sheer intimidation factor of it will keep me from having to use it.
