Dude. Urban Myths just posted the exact same OP on their site... It doesn't let you copy the text though. Their major points of contention:
1) Someone who gets sick from food probably won't bring the food in for testing
2) If they DID bring it in, semen is the LAST thing they would be teseting for, usually it's salmonila or e-coli, etc
3) If the DID test for semen, how can they discern that it was more than 1 guy? They would have to do multiple DNA tests on it, something that is quite expensive and not easy to achieve.
4) They'll never catch me.
