if u want to bulk up u gotta eat like hell, im a hard gainer and been eating twice as much as usual and gained 5 pounds in a short time, its mostly fat though because i was eating mostly junk.
try eating 3000-4000 calories a day for a week or 2
your best bet is to get plain 100 percent whey protein, taste like hell but its probaly the best thing out there, if u cant down it, mix it with peanut butter, ice cream, cereal or anything u can find to make it taste better.
