have you unplugged the cable recently? you may have damaged one or more of the pins. remove the cable and make sure all the pins are straight and going into the proper slots when plugged in, and especially not touching each other.

much like a car stereo, each individual pin has a function,.. so perhaps your red and green pins are not properly seated,.. giving everything an overly blue haze.

if you've tried different cables with the same results you can pretty much rule this out
