Most "DSM specialists" don't know jack about boosting a 420a. Tell him to get on here or on 2gnt and give details about his setup and then I can help him out. A "big fuel pump" is not what is required as far as fuel systems go. He needs a walbro fuel pump (which I gather is what he has already) and he needs some sort of rising rate fuel pressure regulator (either an fmu, a vortech sfmu, or a cartech rrfpr) A regular 1:1 regulator will not do unless he is using more advanced setups (i.e. megasquirt or the hahn portfueler - 8-injector setup) He also needs either a missing link or a FCD (both are used to fool the map into not seeing boost so it doesn't send a signal to the ECU that causes fuel cut.) One is mechanical one is electrical.

- Needs new injectors - I highly doubt he needs new injectors although he can go larger with a vortech sfmu to adjust his idle fp.
- New fuel rail - unless if he busted it up somehow, he doesn't need a new fuel rail -
New plugs - agreed, one range colder than stock
- New Bottom end - depends
- Then a good tune. - not gonna happen without MSnS or the portfueler, you can't just slap on a safc to tune with, I can provide more info as to why if he wants. If he stays on the stock injectors and goes with a simple 12:1 fmu setup and keeps the boost below 8psi he should be fine

I may only have a few posts here, but I've been through this and am a very active member as well as a moderator on the best site for 2gnts.
