The Power FC comes with a base map that is the same as stock, thats why there would be no change with that compare to the stock ecu. The power fc can control injectors as large as i have seen so i wouldn't worry about that. You probably need to scale the injectors for the 650cc that u have. The 650cc are almost double the size that the stock ones are, so there is no way the car is gonna even come close to running well until u scale them in the power fc. As far as the throttle issue typically the SR's will run and idle pretty decent even if there is no throttle signal, you should def fix it, but i would start with the injector stuff before you go crazy on everything else.
