Well the "here are the similar threads we found:" didn't have anything like this so I'm posting it! What is the dumbest thing you've ever done while working on your car or someone else's car? Knocked it off jackstands? smashed a window with a wrench by accident? lets hear them!

I dont know if this was the dumbest, but it was way up there and I wanted to hurt myself afterwards lol. I had my first 240 hatch up on jack stands. I put the jack under one side, lifted it up, pulled the stand out, then let the jack down, except I didn't move the stand far enough and the car landed with the rocker panel being smashed in by the stand. I was quite upset about that!!!!

So lets hear them!
