The tires are only 40 sidewall. It's the stepped lip that makes the wheels look so small and the tires so big. Anyways thanks for all the comments.

Looks great! I'd drop it a hair more, nothing crazy though. Tires definitely aren't too big...people aren't seeing the style of wheel on there causing the illusion.
