tranny on 09 wrx
 

i checked my level and it seems the tranny fluid is low. Now i could just add some oem stuff and be done but would it be worth it to replace the fluids with some after market stuff with only 17.5k miles on the car? I do think it shifts like **** and this might help but figured i'd ask a very dumb basic question to get peoples thoughts. I would like to imrpove a lot of stuff but with ss and bushings install anything else could be expensive. It does seem that when i had the engine replaced(****ing bull**** at 2k miles) it has never shifted nicely yet it "falls into all specs and nothing seems wrong"

I've run OEM, Royal Purple, Red Line, and Amsoil.

I like Amsoil the best. Redline is a very close second. Royal Purple was pure junk.

I've run amsoil, redline, mobile 1, castrol, uncle scotty's cocktail, motul gear 3000, Valvoline, and some no name brand from advanced auto. By far the best I've used was motul gear 3000. Shifted the best. Then uncle scotty's cocktail (don't recommend this unless you're having syncro issues or grind issues. It's more of a temporary band-aid. ) Amsoil/Redline, Valvoline, Mobil 1, no name brand.
