Subaru Rally Team USA display @ Becker Subaru on June 8th & 9th!
 

I just found out that we're going to have a SRT USA display here at work on June 8th & 9th. :mrgreen:
There will be a fully prepped 2009 open class STi rally car (no drivers will be present as far as I know), as well as a custom 40' trailer with video highlights of the recent season & literature on the team. (Display hours will be announced shortly)
SOA is supposedly posting this event up on NASIOC, but my manager specifically asked me to let TST know about the event and to convey that everyone is welcome to stop by to see the display.
There might be an issue with parking.
There is a grass area that we can use in a pinch, but if your car is slammed we'll do our best to keep you on the blacktop. :lol:
Becker Subaru is located at 4611 Hamilton Blvd. Allentown Pa. 18103
We will have refreshments available.
BTW, I also managed to get the parts department manager to offer 20% off ANY Subaru accessories, including EVERYTHING in the SPT catalog :devil: for these two days! :supz:

I hope people can take advantage of the 20% thing.
I'm going to make sure the parts manager keeps the discount in effect if the item has to be ordered. (Since we don't keep too many high dollar SPT items in stock :))

i wish one of the drivers would show up like mirra or pastrana. I would love to get my dash signed :(

Shiz isn't cheap, thats for sure. I know I looked into it for my work. No one was interested once I told them the price haha.

Its good, I'm going to the rally the 4th and 5th, Area1320 OMGWTFBBQSQUARED on the 6th and I'll stop in on Wednesday (my day off) to check it out.

I'm passing the ESX Motorsports info that was provided by Twiz... to Mr. Becker. I'm not holding my breath, but if the SRT USA event goes well, who knows.... he might just go for it.

I also just found out that we're most likely going to be doing a raffle for an Ipad.

A base wifi only Ipad... but still a pretty nice toy. :mrgreen:

Open till 9 mon-thurs.
Not sure if the display will be open the whole time though.

I may have to grab a few cars and head up....
