Police raid house, kill dog in front of a child
 

SWAT goes into home for a drug bust. Shoots dogs in front of the kid(one being a corgi of all dogs) and finds only a pipe with some residue and a tiny bit of marijuana. Then charge the guy with child endangerment.

The government just doing its thing.

:bigeek: that's sickening. caged dog or not, it was a corgi... even in full 'attack mode' coming straight at me i'd probably have to laugh at it and kick it aside. no need to pull the trigger in that situation at all. as an officer that pulls some crazy sh*T like that, how do you sleep at night? how do you go home to your own family? do any of them even give two sh*ts that they just tore up some family for a 'slap on the wrist' amount of weed? nope.

serve [essentially] a no-knock warrant... fire off a few rounds... kill a family pet... scar a little kid for life... mirandize the 'perp' for the camera... high five each other afterwards for your sick real life COD skillz... collect govt. paycheck. sounds like a great job :roll:

i have nothing but respect for officers who do their jobs honorably, but this kind of bullsh*t is horrible. they're nothing more than thugs with badges and guns.

^ not to mention making the kid HATE cops for the rest of his/her life...

in a situation like that you gotta do what you gotta do. police safety is more important than a dogs. i'm sure when swat enters a house and see's a barking dog the last thing on their mind is, "awwww, look at the cute wittle corgi!"

i'd rather the dog dead than a cop bit. i didn't see a crate nor a corgi in that video either.

yes, i'd be pissed if a swat team came in my house and killed my dog too... but none of us know the full story here

ha! doing my best to fit in, I thought i was doing a pretty good job.

I honestly think swat needs to anticipate that a animal is going to be in the house. They have absolutely no right to kill your pet. I don't care if the dog is coming after them or not. Figure it the **** out so you don't get bit. Being that I was attacked by a couple dogs, they aren't that hard to deal with at all. Just cant be a pansy and let them attack you. One being german shepard and one being a rot. Officer who took that shot should have charges filed against him. The only time im allowed to fire my weapon is if my life is in danger... NOT MY HEALTH. If someone comes up and starts a fight with me, im not allowed to shoot him/her. Same rules apply.
