I heard some clanking but how in earth is anyone supposed to diagnose a problem with the ****ty audio on that video.

If it sounds like crickets when the clutch pedal is out it's probably your TB, if it's quiet when you put the pedal down, it'd def the TB

sure? sounds like the timing chain due to low oil.
