.MOV conversion tools?
I am looking to convert a bunch of movies into a workable file format for premiere and after effects.
Anyone know of something to convert .mov into something workable for premiere/after effects? |
On a Mac just use Handbrake. On a PC I'm not sure, Compressor can handle it I'm sure but you might not have that.

Yeah, I have a mac now. Is handbrake free?
The only reason why I need this conversion tool is because the encoding on it is proprietary (forget the camera which I got the footage off of) and adobe isn't friends with it... |
Ah that's annoying. Handbrake might be the best free program ever. Rips DVDs and CDs really easily and can convert just about any audio or video.
