Who shal guard the guards?
 

Alright, ive had some bad experinces with the police before, and then ive had some pretty good ones too, some are really nice, but in my old town (voorhees, NJ) they just seem to give everyone a hard time.

Now it really bothers me when I see a cop breaking the law, like it really bothers me.

For example:
PA=now a handsfree state...for everyone except police?

At my school a cop sits at the crosswalk just about every day, its a 15mph school zone, and when someone goes to cross the street he usualy gets out and stops traffic etc. But sometimes he just sits there talking on his phone and lets kids try to get across the streeet themselvs in high traffic.

And then today the cop must have been late or something but he wasnt at his normal spot, and then I see him haulin ass through the school zone.

And when cops speed by you on the highway...

What can I do, because I think that its just abusing their power when they do stuff like that, and their basicly being paid to break the law or not do their job...

Thats just my opinion on it, but is there anything i can do besides call the police station with their car number and the station problably ignore me?
