91 Legacy w/SS swap
 

Haven't been very active on here in sometime. Just copied and pasted this from another forum, I'll make a journal for it eventually. It's a 91 Legacy LSi, with a 92SS swap. Car is up and running as of last friday, and it sounds great. I'm getting out of the GC's for awhile, maybe permentatly. I guess pics will do more justice then the words. I swapped over as much stuff from the GC as I could. Have some stuff sitting aside, more Prodrive dress up things, 91SS VLSD, another EJ22T, and some 22MM front and rear swaybars.

Nice, I got a hood scoop if you need it. I know they have a turbo hood at Hazleton Harrys and Allentown, but neither has the scoop.

I had the same car but turbo Awd back in the day, gave me nothing but headaches.

The car looks great, now its just time for some TLC in body work and she will be finished.

06njsti-Thanks, first is finishing off a couple little wiring issues and then the bodyworks on the list to do.

theGuru-I'm sure you miss the SS, but i'm also sure your loving that 08STi of yours.

Installed my 22MM front sway bar yesterday and got the headlights wired up. Trying to find a 91SS hood.

nice, gotta love a good sleeper.

Over the past week i've gathered together some more parts for this build. List being:
-VF39 with 12K on it!
-06WRX TMIC
-Turbo XS bov
-Turbo XS boost solenoid
-91SS front bumper
-Aftermarket header/up pipe

Parts I want to buy still: HKS or Apexi intake for an EJ20G, Ver.3 EJ20K 480CC injectors, 91SS hood, and a JECS MAF sensor. Once I get these parts i'll be in pretty good shape motor wise then it's just getting the little dumb things like the correct hoses and mocking everything up and making sure it's ok.

Sweet sleeper! Just a little bit of body work to to and it should look pretty nice!

Got some kartboy 2 pot rear adapters, a 91SS hood, a rear spoiler, was digging through some stuff and found the MSD ignition that was in the GC so I figured what the hell throw that in too. Put on the exhaust, threw on a eBay header/uppipe, relocated the coolant tank and replaced it with a WRX one. Same exact set up that was on the GC. Got a new finish panel for the trunk and sprayed that flatblack looks pretty cool. Also redid the valve cover gaskets and sprayed the valve covers red. Next up is getting the LSD installed but I'm going to just redo the entire rear subframe. Pics.
