Small problem: fog lights

I have an 04 lancer ralliart. My problem started when I changed my fog bulbs cause they blew out like normal, they don't kast forever. Went to turn them on and I saw fir probly a half second a flash from them and that was it. I checked the bulbs and their conections, all fine. Then the fuse that's ok too. They only thong I haven't checked yet is the switch inside on my dash. Anyone have and ideas beside those listed above? Any input would be appreciated thanks.

did you check the ground?

do the bulbs work in another socket? maybe you touched the bulb glass during installation?

Didn't check the ground, and y would the glass touching something short them out?

The oils from your skin will burn instantly on the glass, causing the bulb to fry.

You touched the bulb. Be more careful next time durring the install and your good to go.
