Need to borrow car trailer Sunday night between Philly and Langhorne

So I've got to get my Supra home from the auto show on Sunday night... however this whole snow storm thing is complicating things.
Does anyone have a car trailer I could use to get the car from Philly to Langhorne? I have a truck to use, just need the trailer.
If anyone is available please let me know, thanks!
Bryan

if you need enclosed maybe talk to the guys at Good Vibes... they helped me out when I needed to get my car from conshy to my buddies house

CarbonIS 02-05-2010 08:11 PM

if you can find an enclosed trailor bryan let me know, id LOVE to not have to drive mine home and ruin all of Nick's hard work.

I talked to Bryan today Dan. Unfortunately, our enclosed is being used by someone at the moment. :( Definitely would have helped both of you out. I have access to an open trailer if you need it Bryan. It's right by the shop in Horsham.

thanks bud that woulda been awesome.

I have a 1 car open trailor that I might be forced to use. If worst comes to worst i'll just wrap the car in seran wrap after I load it on the open trailor

Ill see what i can do for ya guys...prob not the big boy trailer...:mrgreen::mrgreen:but maybe a smaller enclosed trailer.

What truck is towing it and does it have trailer brake control??

CarbonIS 02-05-2010 08:23 PM

that I do not know, that's a question for Bryan. And Vince, you are the freakin' man!

Vince@R/TTuning 02-05-2010 08:42 PM

have Bryan text me...

TROLL 02-06-2010 06:47 PM

Vince if you see this can you give me a call? Don't have your number in my phone still :(. I sent you a PM too...

And a big thanks to everyone who responded! Love the TST community :)

Vince is the man. I still have to get those photos up, I have them, just too busy running around yesterday.

Vince is definitely the man, and has extended himself for us this week which is awesome. Sounds like the trailer he was thinking of isn't going to be accessible for tomorrow night but I really appreciate him making the effort there, so thanks again!

Chris from GV Autosport is also the man, and has worked something out for an open trailer to use, which is definitely clutch. Car will get dirty, but thats not the end of the world. At least it has a proper way to get out of the city. Thanks Chris!

Really happy to have some awesome vendors on this site who are here for the community as well as their businesses. Having a supportive car community makes all the difference and when we all help each other out when we can everyone is better off from it in the end :).

nice, glad to see its working out. just get a car cover ::thumbup:

TROLL 02-06-2010 10:22 PM

cant tow with a car cover on... it goes flappity flap and can damage the cover, the car, or risk blowing off. bill's saran wrap idea is funny although probably effective. i might just not sweat it though...

I'll bring some white transfer tape along to cover the front of your car with. I use it on every car I work on to protect the paint. Comes off easy w/ no residue.

CarbonIS 02-07-2010 10:59 AM

I'm just going to drive mine home, it's what it was meant to do haha.

The car is going to get dirty this week and next anyway when i start working on it for the sonic meet,
so I'm not too worried about it. Maybe I'll bring it back to Nick before the sonic meet if it gets really
bad.

I demand videos of snow drifting! I mean....wut? It won't need as much work the second time around :) Have fun bringing it home

Honduh 02-07-2010 03:22 PM

Hope you guys get them home safe.

Troll, I must say the Supra looked amazing seeing it in person for the first time at the auto show.

11secdsm 02-07-2010 10:06 PM

Hey guys, look at my new car! :-p I was VERY tempted to take it home with me.

Took all of ONE block to get nasty Philly slush on it. NICK, clean up, aisle 6!

Thanks Honduh!

And THANKS again Chris! You're the man. Looks like a party under there... was that the Ferrari trailer in the background? We were next to them before unloading at the start of the event as well. The photos you took look pretty sweet :)
