Curfew

When you say if you are under 18 and are out past a certain time you are against curfew, are you talking about being out and driving or just being out, walking around or such.
I understand the driving curfew law, but as far as having a curfew and not being aloud out, i have heard from several people who are very familiar with the law that curfew laws have been deemed unconstitutional.

we enforce the curfew law every night in philly.. there is nothing UNCONSTITIONAL about taking a kid under the age of 18 home after 10:30pm on a week night and 12:00am on the weekend.. it prevents crime by removing possible victims and would-be criminals from the streets late at night.. you dont see this enforced as much in the suburbs because kids dont walk the streets as much as they do in philly.. dont believe me go hang out on street road and see how long it takes for you to get scooped up...
