first ticket in the supra can i win?
 

ok so i get pulled over or whatever even though i literally did nothing. i asked him 3 times what i did and he ignored me or beat around the bush 3 times. first he asked me the speed limit i told him. he went back to his car then gave me a ticket. i asked him again and he said i know you got the turbo in there and its raining but just take it easy, then i asked again and he said if you have a problem fight it in court...so i look at the ticket and it says violation traffic control signal, nature of offense other but didnt write anything. my pops is a lawyer but can i win this one its no points but its 109.50 that i dont have right now i just bought books
