How much should i sell my car for?
 

Im not sure what the going rate for my car is so i figured if i posted here i could get a good idea. It is a 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe with a 2000 front end conversion. Front and rear lips painted to match. Very Clean. Wingless. Only mods to it are headers and an intake and yellow headlights. has approx 130,000 but i had to change the cluster and the closest one i found i was 160XXX.

This is not a for sale thread i do not want it to be locked i am just looking to find out how much i can get for it because i know the blue book values dont reflect what people will pay.

I was thinking 3500-4000

I think about 3k is a fair price.

2500-3500 sounds about right though

Im most likely going to try and trade it so i was just loking for idea on what i would be worth. 3000 is about what i need

your gonna get like 1grand on a trade in maybe a little more/less.

I agree with abrok you will most likely get 800-1500 on trade in, if they show you more than that theyre taking you for a ride on the car youre purchasing.

not a trade in at a dealership a trade with someone for another car

From what you are saying about your finances it's a terrible idea to sell it or trade it. Drive ti til it dies.

KBB.com is your best bet instead of asking TST.

I'd ask around 2,500 and take 2,000 for it at the lowest. I picked up my LS/VTEC 2000 EX for $1,800 and sold it for $3,500- excellent shape as yours is with Si interior, b16 trans, ls/vtec, si wheels, and a few other goodies.

This is my second car i just dont need it anymore. I decided to move it quick i put it up for sale on craigslist for 2500

My friend recentley sold one no where near as nice looking as that for like $2600 on eBay. I would try eBay.
