Who is a great reliable Motor Builder with mazda engines

I have a 2009 mazdaspeed3 and and just under 400 whp on the stock motor. I was gunna run it till it blew but its been running great and now im thinking i might just want to build it and make more power. Who is very reliable and great with building mazda motors specifically the speed3. Im super anal and want to trust who i pick. i like when everything is tq'ed to spec. anyway i would only want the basics on the build. Rods, Pistons, head studs, gaskets. who do i go to and what is something like that cost. i would need to bring the car there.

Just out of curiosity how about Akuma, they seemed to do an amazing job on your tune.

Is R/T tuning bad? I was gonna take my g37 up there to get uprev tuned in the future.
