Black STI with black sti wheels im guessing. 2 people in the car, this was around like 2PM. I was the red integra with the loud fart can drivin by if your on here lol

I know the guys. The cop gave them a break. Wasn't too bad.

They told me it was the tint. He was actually going slow at the time the cop pulled out behind them.

oh damn. yeah his tints was pretty dark though. what area does he live in? i think i might've seen him again not too long ago heading towards quakertown.

They are from down towards West Chester. They were going to JSC Speed, but it was closed. (I told him to check!!!)

Yeah that sucks going somewhere not knowing its closed. That would've been a bad black friday for me, go to a shop thats closed plus a ticket .. lucky the cop let him go.

Yea, JSC had some kind of black friday sale, but I guess it was all internet based!
