Anti-Freeze amounts? (DSM)

was wondering about how much of water and anti freeze go into a completly drained raidator for a 1992 eagle talon tsi

Fill your car with 1 Gallon of UN-mixed, UN-diluted, straight up anti-freeze. Then fill the rest with water.

I like Honda coolant. Unfortunately, it only comes pre-mixed now... or at least that is what I've been told.
