Let's go Yankee's (Parade pics)
 

I know there are alot of Phillies fans here but i figure i still make this thread lol.This was my first and def. the last time I ever will go to a Yankee Parade. People were acting like savages out there lol. I wasn't even able to find a good spot to watch the parade because it was just too damn crowded. So i just walked around all over the place and tried to get some decent shots. Getting back home on the ferry was a pain, I caught the last ferry before everyone started brawling in the terminal and people were trying to break the doors open. Swat team had to come and evacuate everyone out of the ferry terminal. Pretty crazy day.

Phillies' fans are definitely more rowdy, I don't see any broken **** anywhere. Or greased poles.

The pictures are nice... but the Yanks fans look pathetic

Phils parade last year had 2.5-3 million people...Yankees...1 million.

That's because Yankee fans are used to going to the parades lol. It's not something out of the ordinary.

phillies parade was better, you guys just made a mess with other peoples important paper documents.

No, it was that way before the parade & I hear it was crazy in the West Chester, tipping cars, people running through the streets half naked, you know in West Chester, NY. :banana:

It was my first and last parade also too damn crowded, I didnt see any craziness though

No not at all he just said they are so used to it a ny team hasn't won a championship in a while so that was just a dumb statement.

NYC FTW... I didnt bother going to the parade though.... too many goddamn people.

Most yankee fans if they are about my age or older have had the opportunity to attend Several Yankee parades. 5 in the last 15 years. It's def not something i would attend each time they win. I am sure alot of other fans would agree with me. What i was trying to say is that many fans have already attended and would prefer to stay home and watch it on t.v because they know how crowded and crazy it gets. Perfect example is when the Giants won the SuperBowl, 2.5 million people attended.

9 years is hardly a while. And as it was mentioned before...they won plenty just before that.

they arent very colorful either, i see 1 out of 10 people wearing gear.
