Some of our current projects
With the retirement of my father we've started looking into more projects to work on. We've always been involved in restoration and various other types of automotive work. However the hobby has now turned into a business. Here are a few current projects we've started on.They range from imports to classic domestics.Heres a list of our most current projects
*1972 Chevy C-10 pickup Plans:*Fuel injected 6.0 liter engine *4WD to 2WD swap *Full resoration *1983 Chevy El Camino Plans:*Swap V6 for 450hp/350ci motor (Already built) *Full restoration (Street/Strip) *1995 Nissan Maxima Plans:*Complete engine rebuild with forged internals *Turbocharger *Adjustable coil-over suspension *1988 Mercedes Benz 300E Plans:*Swap Inline 6 for fuel injected Chevy V-8 *4 link *Race prepped TH-350 *Custom interior (SM and CF) Pics are on the way. |
The X5 is my DD right now. But there are plans for it in the near future. The Caddy is one of only 5,000 made that year. I have a few small cosmetic things to fix on it and thats about it. All of these vehicles will go up for sale as they reach completion. These are all before pics.
The heads are for the El Camino. The heads that were on the motor going in the car were all out race heads. the CR with them would have been 12.5:1. Too much for what the car is being built for. It's going to be a streetable custom with enough power to turn mid to low 12's but comfortable enough to drive every day. |

I want to see the mercedes. My first car was an '86 300e. While I loved that I-6, I'd be interested to see it with a 350.

I want to see that mercedes also because thats going to be a nasty car! Also I want to see how you guys run the 4link.

Well,I'll keep posting pics from time to time.

My buddy is selling his 598ci motor. Not sure what it makes, but it put his shoebox Nova in the 9.20's on motor. I saw a pic yesterday and if all works well I should be picking it up in a week or so. He's away racing down south or else I would have had some pics. It's a beautiful motor. It's got a $3,000 Hogan sheetmetal intake manifold. He is letting it go really cheap to finance his new bike. I'll snap some shots when I see it in person next week.
