Club Loose was having their final event of the year "Haunted Moves"
These are the first batch i got to from the event. I was doing a little drinking while editing, so some are tweaked rather extremely, I took just under 1,000 shots so I figured what the heck and had some fun with a few of them.

and YES! you should have just gone on anyway, there were a bunch of people that i had never seen there before, a few didn't have any vest either.

Yeah apparently the guys from jersey streets forgot to bring their media vests so we didn't have enough for everyone on the media list or something. There is also talk to further limit how many media guys we have on the track at a time. Not 100 percent sure of anything yet. Also Chaz you could have gone out on the track. You were on the media list. The vests are really only to appease the state police in case they come around. You shouldn't be standing anywhere on the track where the drivers need to see you to avoid hitting you anyway.

I bet you're glad you kept the 40D for cars on track.

The only one I'm not crazy about is the purple car with the hyper-saturated color. The one after that I really like, so much smoke, good processing, different angle than the usual.
Shooting drifting events is so much fun, I wish I'd gone!

Oh, I just assumed you used the 40D (don't have an exif viewer on the work computer.)
I also have a high level of respect for buzzed photo editing, but yeah, I like that version more.

the exif was removed when they got uploaded. :( but they are all from the 5D, most have been cropped down.
but this is the 1:1 of the above mentioned photo. which i don't think is too bad for what it is.

haha and yea buzzed editing has it's place, but i definitely crossed the line :) eh well with 900+ photos it's bound to happen.
