Delaware Area Fall Meet! Planning stage...
 

Ok, so through discussions with many others we want to organize a fall meet where we can get as many DE enthusiasts out as possible.

This is the planning stage for now, so maybe we can actually have this in a few weeks.

The consensus seems to be a weekend.

Weekends coming up:

October 31st/November 1st
November 7/8
November 14/15
November 21/22
November 28/29

Feel free to suggest locations too. Not really sure if you want to do a location in Northern DE, middle like Bear, or Dover.

I'm thinking, where ever the most concentration of people is.

I'd say the first weekend would be no bueno just b/c alot of people have stuff going on for Halloween and what not. Also, I don't know how many people are football fans, but for me sundays are a no go. I'm a fantasy football addict and spend every sunday in my lazy boy watching NFL redzone lol.

First weekend is a no go. Halloween on saturday/birthday dinner with my girl on sunday.

The others look fine though

Yeah I just listed them, haha. I figured that would be bad.

I like Saturday's myself because I usually leave any school work till Sunday afternoon/evening.

Any others want to chime in?

the first and second weekend of Nov. is no good for me..... bday parties.

as for a location, i've setup some meets in the BWW parking lot in Dover.... it's a big lot so there will be room for everyone, but i understand that most of the members on here are from up north and wouldn't want to drive 40-60 minutes to Dover.

Would be a nice cruise though for us north folk:) Any sat works for me, I'm off that day.

Definitely not the Halloween weekend. Also, I prefer Saturdays as well. And I prefer Dover because I always come up to Bear, so you folks should come down there. Make you folks pay some tolls for once. :-p

hahah...that toll for the bridge is for suckers anyway, i basically 13 it everytime i go to my house in smyrna. especially since that weekend rate started up. complete BS

What about even possibly doing a pre meet someone before and all cruising to a set spot?

Check the meet thread. They're in Bear. That's pretty far north.

Jordan, who was the other white STi at the meet wednesday? i think i saw him on Route 7 going north saturday evening.

Umm. I think I was the only white STI there last meet actually now that I think about it. Which is not usually the case...
