Think i found my boost leak Issue..
 

So i was only pushing 14lbs of boost instead of 20-21 like i should be. So when i had my car on the lift friday i notice the licp was dented so i was like hmm must be the issue. So i picked up a licp and tonight went to replaced it and it definally was the licp that was giving me an issue and not the dent... The picture says it all.. So now with the new pipe im back up in boost and happy

Hope you put a nice aftermarket one on there instead, they make a big difference in overall driving experience on a stock evo imo.

I put a Buschur Licp pipe on to replace it.

I dont see whats wrong??? J/k how the hell did that happen?
